Marie-Eve completed her Ph.D. training in Jerry Pelletier’s lab at McGill University. She then joined the Sauvageau lab in 2007, first as a postdoctoral fellow, during which time she studied the protein Ubap2l and identified its role in hematopoietic stem cell activity, and then as a research associate. She is now the Deputy Director of the lab. She is responsible for grant and paper writing, she is involved in scientific project design and lab management, and supervises students.
