A Sauvageau Lab PhD student receives an important grant
Vincent-Philippe Lavallée, a PhD student in the Sauvageau lab, received an important grant from the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship (Vanier CGS) program. This 3-year scholarship from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), rewards students that distinguish themselves for their leadership and academic excellence.

ExCellThera wins the first prize at the HealthKick Challenge in Toronto
ExCellThera, a clinical-stage spin-off company based on the Sauvageau lab’s work on stem cell expansion, won the $20,000 first prize in the Pharma and Biotech category at the HealthKick Challenge, which took place in Toronto, Ontario, on April 5th.
